1950, Mansour Chemaly in Daroun, a small village next to Harissa, famous Lady of Lebanon, started making his tasty ice cream using the old classical bucket method delivering 5 basic flavors (rose, lemon, almond, milk and chocolate) then moved to Beirut - Monot street to continue his ice cream making passion. Due to the lebanese civil war that swept the country, Mansour moved back to Daroun and wit

h the help of his sons Samir & Ghassan, Le Cremier was born. The new generation introduced the motorized ice cream maker and they got rid of all coloring and preservatives so the ice cream can be 100% natural and healthier than ever! The healthy and natural icecream soon got noticed and every sunday people from all across Lebanon came to Daroun to have a taste. Le Cremier took one step further and backed up by a small factory supplied high quality and fresh ice cream to more than 45 franchisees across Lebanon, it even delivered to KSA and Dubai. Now Le Cremier is going even further by introducing new flavors & items on its menu like the famous Lebanese Kneffe or as we like to call it “La Kneffe”
