Tonight, the stage belongs to Super Steve, our local drummer, and Gabe, our crazy travelling musician! 🥁🎸

Expect great music, surprise collaborations, good vibes… and probably a few songs nobody planned to play. That’s the magic of a jam session! 😄

Musicians, bring your instrument and join in. Everyone else, grab a drink, enjoy some homemade food and let the music take over the garden.

🕗 Tonight from 8 PM
🎟️ Free entry

See you tonight — Saturday is too short for boring music!

🎸 One month already with Gabe Diamond!

For the past month, Gabe has been hosting our Thursday & Saturday Jam Sessions at La Cantina, and we wanted to take a moment to say a proper THANK YOU.

Every night is different. Sometimes packed, sometimes intimate. New faces, familiar faces, unexpected songs, musicians meeting for the first time... You never really know what the night will bring.

And that's exactly why we love it.

There is no big formula behind our Jam Sessions. Just people, instruments, a few drinks and a real passion for music, meeting people and sharing a moment together. 🎶

Thank you Gabe for keeping that spirit alive week after week, and thank you to every musician who has joined us, whether for one song or the whole night.

This is what La Cantina is about. ❤️

🌴 A little break before the high season!

La Cantina will be exceptionally CLOSED this Friday & Saturday.

After a busy few months filled with food, music, jam sessions, dancing, new faces and familiar ones, we’re taking two little days to recharge the batteries before Luang Prabang’s high season kicks in. 🔋🌮🎶

We’ll be back fresh, hungry and ready for another season of Latin & World food, cocktails, live music, good vibes and evenings in the garden.

Thanks for understanding, and see you very soon at La Cantina Luang Prabang ❤️

🎶 JAM SESSION TONIGHT AT LA CANTINA! 🎸

For us, La Cantina has never been only about food and drinks.

Music, meeting people and sharing good moments are part of what we love too. ❤️

That’s why our Jam Sessions mean so much to us. Musicians come together, strangers meet, friends grab a drink, someone picks up a guitar… and we never really know where the night will take us.

No big stage. No pressure. Just live music, good people and real moments .

🎤 Musician? Come and play.
🍺 Just here to listen? Grab a drink and enjoy.
🌴 Everyone is welcome.

Another HUGE thank you for Saturday night’s Jam Session at La Cantina! ❤️🎶

Thank you to all the musicians who came, shared their talent and gave us their best. Thank you to our customers, friends, travellers and locals who came to listen, sing, laugh, have a drink and simply enjoy the night together.

And a very special thank you to our La Cantina team, who give so much every day to make this place what it is. ❤️

The music, the people, the smiles, the energy, the kind words at the end of the night… this is exactly why I love this job.

For me, La Cantina is much more than a restaurant in Luang Prabang. It’s a place to meet, share, discover people, enjoy live music and create some damn good memories together.

Thank you for being part of it.

See you at the next Jam Session! 🎸🥁🎤
