From the heart-shaped beet salad (fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced with feta & avocado) to the seafood trio — the lemon pepper mahi was flaky and flavorful, the tandoori shrimps had a beautiful spice kick, and the jerk snapper escovitch was rich and satisfying 👌🔥
