在首爾的濟基洞（Jegi-dong）有一家由1960年代電影院改建而成的星巴克，名稱為「Starbucks Kyungdong 1960」。

這家店原本是位於京東市場（Gyeongdong Market）內的「京東劇場」（Kyungdong Theater），是1960年代建成的老戲院。星巴克在2022年12月16日將其重新裝修並開幕，作為韓國第五家「社區共融門市」（Community Store）。

這家門市的特色包括：
• 保留原始戲院的建築元素，如雙扇門入口與高挑木製天花板，復古與現代設計融合。
• 店內座位排列像電影院一樣，面向吧台，有如觀賞表演的氛圍。
• 定期舉辦文化或音樂表演，支持當地藝術家。
• 總面積約805平方公尺，共有143個座位，分布在京東市場的三樓與四樓。

特別之處：
這是一家「社區共融門市」，每賣出一項產品就會捐出300韓元（約新台幣7元）給韓國的企業合作委員會（KCCP），用於協助京東市場的基礎建設與社區活化。

交通方式：
• 搭乘首爾地鐵1號線到「濟基洞站」（Jegi-dong Station），從2號出口出站。
• 直走後左轉進入高山子路（Gosanja-ro），在右手邊找到「京東市場4號入口」。
• 進入市場後，右手邊有樓梯，走上去左手邊就是星巴克入口。

This Starbucks cafe is located in Jegi-dong, Seoul, that has been renovated from the old Kyungdong Theater, originally built in the 1960s. This unique Starbucks, known as ‘Kyungdong 1960’, opened on December 16, 2022, and serves as the company’s fifth Community Store in South Korea.

The store spans two floors (third and fourth floors of Kyungdong Market) and covers 805 square meters with 143 seats. The design preserves elements of the original theater, including the double-doored entrance and high wooden ceilings, blending retro and modern aesthetics. Seating is arranged in rows facing the bar, reminiscent of a theater setting, and the store hosts regular cultural and musical performances by local artists.

As a Community Store, Starbucks Kyungdong 1960 donates 300 Korean won (approximately 25 cents USD) for every item sold to the Korean Commission for Corporate Partnership (KCCP) to support the revitalization of the Kyungdong Market’s infrastructure.

To visit, take Seoul Subway Line 1 to Jegidong Station and exit through Exit 2. Walk straight, turn left onto Gosanja-ro, and continue until you reach Gate 4 of Gyeongdong Market on your right. Enter the market, go up the stairs on your right, and you’ll find the Starbucks entrance on your left.
