며칠 남지 않은 5월의 공지,
••건강 이슈로 이번주 주중에 런치 영업만 했으나 5월의 남은 금토 영업은 힘을 내어 디너까지 합니다.
••써머시즌으로 6월부터 메뉴에 변동이 있습니다. 현재 서비스되는 메뉴에서 사라지는 몇몇 요리들이 있으니 남은 5월 부지런히 즐겨주시면 감사하겠습니다.
••5월의 마지막 영업일인 일요일은, 선데이로스트 클럽으로 일반예약은 받지 않으니 이용에 참고 부탁드립니다

A little update for the end of May

With the summer season approaching, some menu changes will begin in June.A few current dishes will soon be leaving the menu, so make sure to enjoy them while they’re still here through the rest of May!

Also, please note that this Sunday will be reserved for our Sunday Roast Club, so regular reservations will not be available. Thank you.

봄의 절정의 순간을 누리고 있다는 건, 곧 여름이 다가오고 있다는 뜻이기도 합니다. 지난 사진첩을 뒤적이며 다가오는 계절의 시즌 메뉴를 부지런히 준비하고 있습니다.

Our May Sunday Roast is here.

For this month’s gathering, we’ll be hosting a slightly more food-focused afternoon without live music, with a few additional seats available to welcome more guests around the table.
We’ll also be taking a short break from Sunday Roast during June and July, so join us for one last spring roast before summer arrives in Jeju.

이번 달은 조금 더 음식에 집중한 분위기로, 더 많은 분들과 테이블을 함께할 수 있도록 라이브 공연없이 진행됩니다.
6월과 7월에는 Sunday Roast를 잠시 쉬어갈 예정이라, 여름이 오기 전 산뜻한 5월의 로스트를 함께 즐겨주시길 바랍니다.

오늘, 이웃 학교 학생들과 함께 저희가 운영하고 있는 아일랜드 레스토랑을 주제로 Business Management 수업을 진행하는 뜻깊은 시간을 가졌습니다.

아일랜드를 대표하는 요리인 Guinness Beef Stew, 펍 메뉴인 Spicy Chicken Wings, 그리고 디저트 Guinness Chocolate Cake를 선보이며, 음식과 함께 저희의 비즈니스 이야기를 나누었습니다.

고객들에게 다소 낯선 아일랜드 요리를 어떻게 소개하고 있는지, 어떤 차별성과 방향성을 중심으로 운영하고 있는지, 그리고 제주라는 시장 안에서 느끼는 어려움과 앞으로의 지향점까지. 지난 5년 동안 저희가 실제로 고민해온 이야기들을 솔직하게 전할 수 있었습니다.

저희 욕심으로는 제한된 시간만 아니었다면 더 많은 이야기를 나누고 싶었을만큼, 학생들이 보여준 날카로운 질문과 진지한 태도는 무척 인상 깊었고, 그 질문들 덕분에 저희 역시 다시 한 번 생각을 정리하고 자극을 받는 시간이 되었습니다.

이런 소중한 기회를 마련해주신 학교와 선생님, 그리고 함께해준 학생 여러분께 진심으로 감사드립니다.

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting a Business Management class with students from a neighbouring school, centred around our Irish restaurant.

We introduced a selection of Irish dishes, including Guinness Beef Stew, Spicy Chicken Wings, and Guinness Chocolate Cake, while sharing the story behind our business along the way.

We spoke openly about how we present Irish cuisine, which can still feel unfamiliar to many, what shapes our identity and direction, the challenges of running a business here in Jeju, and the vision we’ve been building over the past five years.

The students’ thoughtful questions and genuine engagement really stood out, and made the experience all the more meaningful for us too.

We’re very grateful to the school, the teachers, and all the students for such a wonderful opportunity.
