This month, discover seasonal dishes inspired by local flavors - from grilled beef skewers with papaya pickles to a vibrant turmeric rice crepe, a hearty roasted chicken leg, and a sweet finish with palm sugar sticky rice dumplings and strawberry gelato.

Pair your meal with a refreshing Cambodian musk melon milkshake or a fresh lychee mojito with local mint.

Every dish is thoughtfully prepared by young people building their skills through vocational training.
