Hello, Phnom Penh! We are POP! and will soon be launching a product line of gluten-free and other allergen free food items that are made in a kitchen 100% free of any gluten containing ingredients.

Our gluten-free flour blends are made in-house with as many locally-sourced or in-house produced ingredients as possible.
As we set up, we are looking for a small group of product testers as we fine tune our equipment.

We have frozen waffles, frozen pancakes, brownies, and banana bread ready for your tasting and feedback! Please contact us to be included! Number of testing packs are limited.
