This past Saturday afternoon, Topaz TheCommune transformed into a garden of elegance as we celebrated the launch of Le Jardin Collection by PHOUNG by S, a collaboration that beautifully intertwined fashion, gastronomy, and contemporary luxury.

Inspired by French elegance, Le Jardin is a heartfelt tribute to Mother Nature. Bold colors bloom alongside vibrant florals and graceful butterfly motifs, while the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and spirit—serve as the soul of the collection, celebrating the timeless harmony between nature and artistry.

Guests indulged in an exquisite High Tea experience while discovering the latest creations by designer Yashie Hourt, accompanied by exceptional champagne sponsored by Penfolds. Last Wednesday, Topaz welcomed esteemed guests for the Paysan Breton Appreciation Dinner, hosted in partnership with Indoguna Cambodia.
Our Executive Chef Sopheak POV crafted a menu that wove the finest Paysan Breton dairy into every course — creamy Brie on golden crostini, a silky celeriac velouté enriched with Comté and black truffle, and a beautifully curated Paysan Breton cheese selection to close the savory journey.
Each dish told a story of French dairy craftsmanship, brought to life at the Topaz table. 🧀🌿
