This white line on doughnuts😍😍...
Some call it line of perfection, others, line of excellence, (others think the doughnut is not well cooked and they force it into the oil to 'cook it till brown'😭😭)
This shows that the doughnut has proofed just right before frying, and true to that, when cooked. It is light, airy and irresistible 👌🏽😋😋
