So, let me give you a story. About two weeks ago I was somewhere upcountry.
When time for lunch came, I offered to cook chapos.
Let me tell you, I forgot to prepare my mind that I wasn't going to have the luxuries am used to cooking with.😆 That things were going to be different.
The rolling pin wasn't my one and only (I don't know if it's just me but I have a rolling pin I can't do without 🤭)
Then, the fuel. I was switching between firewood and charcoal because none was serving me 🤦. The charcoal was too light (so it would burn and end within no time) while firewood I couldn't regulate the fire easily so chapos would easily burn.
Yes yes, I know mchagua njembe si mkulima (if you choose your tools of work you aren't a farmer) but still 🤦🤭
Anyway today I did it at the comfort of my kitchen so karibu chapos 😋
