Starting Thursday, September 4, we will be serving our “Butsukan Shio Ramen” and “Butsukan Shio Wonton Ramen.”
Butsukan is a fragrant Japanese citrus that has been grown in Shimanto City, Kochi Prefecture, without the use of pesticides for over 100 years.
We use not only its freshly squeezed juice, but also its beautifully aromatic peel, allowing us to make the most of the whole fruit.
The fresh juice and peel add a bright, refreshing acidity and delicate citrus aroma to Shinasobaya’s signature Shio Ramen.
With every bite, the fresh fragrance of Butsukan gently unfolds — a seasonal flavor available only for a limited time.
A taste of autumn in Shimanto, captured in a bowl of ramen.
Please enjoy it while the Butsukan harvest lasts.
