ZAKO from Kanagawa, Japan.
Having worked across various types of restaurants, he previously took on both front-of-house and kitchen duties at an izakaya. With his versatility and ability to handle just about anything, he chose to pursue his passion for cooking and joined the NOHGA team.
Today, he continues to craft beautiful and delicious pasta dishes every day.
Friendly and easygoing, ZAKO is a valued member of our team who is loved by everyone.

神奈川出身のZAKO。
以前は色々な業態を渡り歩き、居酒屋ではホールとキッチンを兼任していた。
何でも器用にこなす彼は「作る」ことを選び、NOHGAチームへ参加。

A pizza where the crisp texture of Japanese pear meets the enticing aroma of smoked ham.

Built on a classic Margherita base, it is topped with smoked cured ham, Speck, and our house-made “Japanese Pear Yogurt,” made with strained yogurt and generous pieces of Japanese pear.
The fresh, juicy sweetness of the pear enhances the saltiness and umami of the Speck, while refreshing the palate with a clean finish.
To bring out the aroma of our wood-fired oven, we finish the pizza with a cream infused with the fragrance of firewood before baking, allowing its smoky aroma to spread the moment you take a bite.
A pizza we highly recommend experiencing.

和梨の食感とスモーキーな香りが食欲をそそる一枚。
マルゲリータをベースに燻製した生ハムのスペックをのせ、水切りしたヨーグルトに大きめにカットした和梨を加えた“和梨ヨーグルト”を合わせました。
