Invite your beloved one for this stewed beef dish dressing with yogurt in the coming Christmas Eve，she must be amazed!
Ingredients:
Sirloin 500 g
Carrots 50 grams
50 grams of celery
Tomato sauce 30 grams
20 g onion
Pelargonium 5
1 tsp red chilli powder
A little freshly ground pepper
Plain yogurt (yogurt) 100 g
Fresh Milk 100ML
A little sea salt
Beef broth 400ML
1 tablespoon olive oil
