😏It’s easier than you think to make your own burgers at home . .hills All Purpose Seasoning makes flavorful burgers .
I use the patties to make Philly Cheesesteak, Loaded Fries and so much more after prepping.
Double Cheeseburger Recipe :
3lb Beef Mince
2 1/2 tbsp Manchester Hills All Purpose Seasoning
Salt (sprinkle to taste while cooking )
1/4 - 1/2 tspEvery Likkle Ting Sauce / Scotch Bonnet Sauce
Condiments (Lettuce/onion/tomato) optional
1-2 slice American Slice Cheese
1 tsp Mayo
1 Cornbread (or bun of your choice )

Do you love your wings crispy or crunchy ? And are you team flats or drums ?

Here are some tips to get them just the way you like them -

Marinate in hot sauce my favorite is .hills cause it’s flavor packed and tenderizes the meat a little .
For crunchy combine cornstarch and baking powder in your dry batter . If you want it to be crispy only use cornstarch.
Pro tips : 1. Don’t overcrowd the pot 2. Start on high heat and lower the flame to get the inside cooked thoroughly, then turn it up back and fry to your desired level of crisp or crunch.
