Terroir, tinned.

Thrilled that our tinned vegetables are featured in the Whole Foods Market 2026 Trends Report under “Terroir’s New Territory.”

Here’s to bringing a little more sense of place to every pantry.

There are potatoes, and then there is Poulette: the result of a transatlantic courtship between a French heirloom and a New York potato.

In 2013, legendary French chef Michel Bras and potato breeder Dr. Walter de Jong met at conference about seed hosted by Dan Barber and started talking potatoes—specifically about Bras’ beloved French heirloom, Institut de Beauvais.

Walter crossed it with a classic New York potato, kicking off a decade of breeding, tasting, and testing with chefs and farmers across the country.

The result? Poulette: savory, rich, and deeply roasty. Bake it. Fry it. Mash it into the best mashed potatoes you’ve ever had.

An ode to Michel Bras, and to the belief that something as humble as a potato is worth a decade of pursuit.

Poulette is available now at Whole Foods Market throughout the Northeast.

Winter squash rewards patience.

For Koginut and Lodi squash, it’s time to harvest when its green color fades to bronze. For Honeypatch, let it ripen on the vine longer for maximum sweetness.

Harvest gently, keep the stems intact, and cure for at least 1 week if you want to enjoy all winter long.

Oh, so you like Koginut? Any other Row 7 veg tats out there? We gotta know!

We’ve dreamed of this one. Alex Weiser, the melon whisperer of LA, is now growing Granita, our new-to-the-world melon. Think juicy orange flesh, honeyed sweetness and a citrus finish that hits you mid-bite.

Alex has been a trial partner since the very start of Row 7, so having him grow our very first melon means everything. We served you samples at the Hollywood Farmers Market last month, and now the tease is over. You can grab one at any Weiser Family Farms stand for the next 2-3 weeks.

Thank you Weiser Family Farms.
