First post on the home account and its about gallery walls. I love it, the husband hates it. Where have we landed on gallery walls?

For me personally, it’s either a fixed symmetrical theme or at the other end - total chaos with different shapes, different frames, different content. There is no in between here. I like how the in Nashville went all out. (Especially useful for this particular wall since no art is going to be large enough to fill it).

For our home, current thought process for a difficult wall (this being one thats too big or too small for art, too awkward a space, too odd a shape or size) is frame up our restaurant menus. Vintage frames, of course. Actual ex*****on, who knows?

I was at the Chelsea Flower Show a few weeks ago and wanted to show off my outfit. I am sure I have mentioned I am not a fan of yellow as a colour and this is the only yellow dress I own. But every time I wear it, I love it, I totally enjoy myself and have the best time....

I am way behind on my reading posts so trying to get these ones out on a random day in the middle of the week instead of the weekly post. I was scrolling through the pictures on my phone and realised how much wear I have managed to get out of this Sezane jacket. Its become my spring and autumn jacket and a part of my weekend uniform as well as workwear. This is the Will jacket and comes in a variety of colours and patterns (like this camel one) - denim, linen, cotton, khaki and the one I have, wool....

I am quite a podcast fan and listen to podcasts almost everyday. You might also know I had a podcast, Eat Watch Binge Read for sometime with a dear friend during the lockdown. You can still listen to previous episodes of it if you want to. Its exactly what it says on the tin - chat between two friends about what we are eating, cooking, reading and watching....

I have been listening to some really interesting podcasts lately about philosophy, health, culture, feminism and all the good stuff.
