Siamo felicissimi di annunciare che lo Chef Francesco Franci si unisce al nostro team del ristorante Il Fienile qua al Castello di Porciano.

Con un importante percorso internazionale tra Firenze, Londra e Montréal, Francesco porta nella nostra cucina esperienza, creatività e una grande passione per l’ospitalità e la buona tavola. Dalle cucine di prestigiosi ristoranti internazionali fino alla recente esperienza come secondo Chef presso Hotel Palazzo Belvedere, il suo percorso riflette una continua ricerca di eccellenza e autenticità.

La sua filosofia culinaria — fatta di ingredienti di qualità, attenzione ai dettagli e amore per la convivialità — rispecchia perfettamente lo spirito di Il Fienile.

With an impressive international culinary journey spanning Florence, London, and Montreal, Francesco brings passion, creativity, and extraordinary experience to our kitchen. From leading teams in renowned restaurants abroad to crafting refined Italian and international cuisine, his philosophy is rooted in excellence, warmth, and the joy of sharing unforgettable meals.

Having worked in celebrated kitchens including Le Richmond in Montreal, Pont de la Tour in London, and most recently as Second Chef at Hotel Palazzo Belvedere, Francesco joins us with a vision that perfectly matches the spirit of Il Fienile: authentic hospitality, beautiful ingredients, and cuisine made with heart.

We cannot wait for you to experience the new menus, flavors, and inspiration he will bring to the table this season at Porciano Castle. Always keeping at its’ base the excellent products made in the Casentino valley.
