FUN FACT: Alam mo ba na ang salitang "Embutido" ay galing sa Spanish word na embuchar na ang ibig sabihin ay "isiksik o i-stuff"?

Noong panahon ng mga Espanyol, ang orihinal na embutido sa Spain ay isang uri ng cured sausage (parang chorizo o salami) kung saan sinisiksik ang giniling na karne sa loob ng bituka ng hayop. Pero nang mapunta ito sa Pilipinas, in-adapt natin ito at ginawang steam-cooked meatloaf na nakabalot sa aluminum foil sa halip na bituka! 😯❤️‍🔥
