I'm Sissi, 40 years old, and for the past seven years, I've been a passionate gluten-free artisan.
In my little lab in Bergamo, called Golosi Senza Glutine, I've baked endless cakes and cookies, and in recent times, I've focused mainly on gluten-free cooking classes, eager to pass on everything I've learned along the way.
About a year ago, I felt the call of the sea, and I answered!
Now I've made a home in Levanto, a charming village near the Cinque Terre, where I decided to share a piece of my world.
That's how L'Anciùa Gluten Free was born, a cozy home restaurant where you can savor the flavors of the ligurian sea and land, all lovingly crafted 100% gluten-free.
It's my home, open to you, a place to enjoy delicious, carefree moments together.

Mi chiamo Sissi, ho 40 anni e da 7 anni sono un'artigiana gluten free.
Nel mio laboratorio di Bergamo ho sfornato infinite torte e biscotti e negli ultimi anni mi sono dedicata prevalentemente ai corsi di cucina senza glutine per condividere quello che ho imparato in questo tempo.
Da quasi un anno ho deciso di voler vivere al mare, e per ora mi sono fermata a Levanto, un piccolo paesino vicino alle Cinque Terre, dove ho deciso di portare un po' del mio sapere.
Ho così pensato di aprire "L'Anciua", un home restaurant dove far assaporare i sapori del mare e della terra ligure in chiave 100% senza glutine.
È casa mia, che apro a voi, per condividere insieme momenti golosi e spensierati.
