Entrare da Sabatini equivale ad attraversare un secolo di storia, dove artisti, uomini politici, nazionali e internazionali ne hanno calcato le scene. Il maestro Rubinstein, lasciato il pianoforte al Teatro Comunale, voleva sempre il tavolo al centro della sala, Montale vi si rifugiava durante le soste nella città di Dante, Luigi Einaudi, presidente (anche produttore di pregiati vini), lo prediligeva. E ancora Fred Astaire, il presidente Nixon, Juliette Greco, Paul Newman, Alain Delon….fino ai recenti maestro Muti, Zubin Metha, e ancora Madonna, Denzel Washington, Sting e molti altri ancora….
