TARTARE BATTUTA AL COLTELLO: uno dei piatti identitari de I’Tuscani che da noi ordina anche chi di solito non mangia carne cruda.

Ba***re la tartare con il coltello non è un vezzo, ma determina una differenza abissale nell’esperienza di assaggio. La differenza tra una tartare battuta al coltello e un’altra preparata con il tritacarne è immediatamente visibile e percepibile al palato. Tagliare e ba***re la carne con il coltello ne preserva le proprietà gustative e nutrizionali: è come sempre è la qualità della materia prima ciò che fa la differenza.
La carne per la tartare deve essere tenera, magra e saporita, e servita ad una temperatura fresca (mai fredda).

Se dovessimo scegliere il dessert simbolo della cucina italiana, questo sarebbe il Tiramisù. Tutti conoscete questo grande classico che conquista con un gusto inconfondibile in perfetto equilibrio tra la cremosità del mascarpone e il carattere deciso del caffè e del cacao.

Da I’Tuscani ci piace pensarlo come il finale ideale dopo una cena dedicata ai sapori più autentici della Toscana: dopo una Bistecca alla Fiorentina, un Filetto o le nostre immancabili Polpette, arriva quel momento in cui si dice di non avere più fame… fino a quando non compare il Tiramisù!

Siamo innamorati del nostro lavoro e desideriamo farvi vivere l’esperienza di una autentica tavola fiorentina e italiana.

Oggi è Martedì ed è giorno di riposo: saremo di nuovo aperti domani sera a cena e intanto Buon Settembre!

Siamo ristoratori per vocazione dal 2012, anno in cui abbiamo fondato I’Tuscani. Il nostro sogno era quello di dare vita a un ristorante in cui al centro vi fosse il prodotto -che consideriamo il nostro primo “chef”- e dove ciascuno si sarebbe sentito a casa.
Rigorosa selezione in materia di food e vini e accoglienza calorosa sono i nostri pilastri ancora oggi.

Non vediamo l’ora di avervi stasera a cena con noi!
