Arrivano al tavolo e funzionano perché mettono insieme sapori diversi: qualcosa di delicato, qualcosa di più deciso, qualcosa che resta alla fine.

Da bambini era una merenda speciale. Da adulti forse resta una di quelle cose che continuiamo a scegliere perché hanno dentro qualcosa di familiare.
La brioche col gelato funziona così: arriva al tavolo e riporta subito alle estati passate, alle mani appiccicose, al caldo e alla voglia di qualcosa di fresco.

La terrazza, alla fine, è questo:
