It’s strange how a place can once feel so present—the streets you walked, the views you stopped to admire, the little moments you thought would last forever. Then time passes, life moves on, and suddenly that place is no longer somewhere you are, but somewhere you remember. What once felt like an ordinary day becomes a photograph, a feeling, a story you return to in your mind. Maybe that’s the beauty of traveling: we leave the places behind, but somehow, they never completely leave us.
