You arent where you want to be but you are also much further than you could have ever imagined. You have friends who you can literally count on fingers but the support you feel from them is like nothing you experienced before! ✨

I imagine birthdays are New Years, especially designed for you and its a reminder that through everything you desire ans everything you posses, just “being” is so precious that I often lose sight of! 🌎

31 has also taught me that not everyone will understand you and there is liberty in that and honestly it removes a lot of pressure to make people understand you ✨

If I could write a letter to my younger self, it would be to tell her that a life awaits her… the kind that bigger, better and brighter than she could ever dream for herself ✨

It not only the weight, its the change of thinking, its the sacrifices, its the discipline over motivation mindset 🧠

If I had to do it all over again, I would just cling on to “showing up, no matter what” Because nothing else gets you as far as imperfection and pitfalls get you! 🚶🏻‍♀️

So if you cant run towarda your goal today, walk, if you cant walk, crawl because the hardest truth is, nothing new comes out of old patters 💫
