Bougainvilla is a beautiful Portuguese style 3bhk bungalow with big courtyard annd parking facility for 4 big vehicles. You can book it through Airbnb for small family functions.
Yesterday we served lunch, high tea and dinner for a group of friedns who had a wonderful reunion at this place.
Though I don't know owners or managers of this place I would still like to recommend this place to our clients as this place has excellent facilities from both client and caterer point of view when it comes to ease of doing business.
We tried to serve them something different as always so some highlights were as follows.
Soups - Japanese dumpling soup for lunch and cream of mushroom soup with lot of herbs and veggies cooked in chowder style.
Snacks - our signature sandwiches, salsa and cheese bruschetta, hash brown chat.
Salads - Fresh leaves salad with red wine reduction and olives.
We made sure that every meal was lighter than the previous one. So, though the luch had mix veg gravy with fried rice, the dinner was very simple which consisted of simple jeera rice with daal
