- **Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya)**: 1 cup
- **Ghee (Clarified Butter)**: 2-3 tablespoons
- **Sugar**: 1/2 cup
- **Chopped Nuts (Cashews, Almonds)**: 1/4 cup
- **Chopped Dried Fruits (Raisins, Dates)**: 1/4 cup (optional)
- **Cardamom Powder**: 1/2 teaspoon
- **Grated Coconut**: 1/4 cup (optional)

1. **Roast Coriander Seeds**:
- Dry roast coriander seeds in a pan on medium heat until they release a fragrant aroma. Allow them to cool and then grind into a coarse powder.
2. **Prepare Panjiri**:
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add chopped nuts and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- If using dried fruits, add them and cook briefly.
- Mix in the roasted coriander powder.
- Stir in sugar and cook until it melts and blends with the other ingredients.
- Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Optionally, add grated coconut.
3. **Offer to Kanha**:
- Allow the Panjiri to cool slightly before offering it to Kanha as bhog.
4. **Serve**:
