Out latest venture, Affy Food Tech LLP (An ISO 9001:2008 Certified Co.) is in the Restaurant Industry which also requires similar Quality, Presentation and Precision. We are opening multicuisine (Veg & Non Veg) and bakery outlets in Delhi-NCR with a projection of 100 nos within a span of two years. We have designed our restaurant, Deltasious to serve as takeaways, home deliveries, along with casua
l dine-in. To support the restaurants we will have 4 base kitchens covering Delhi-NCR, which will cater to the restaurant chain. To support the team we have set up the highest grade kitchens with best of the equipment. This includes external factors as appearance (Size, Shape, color, gloss, and consistency), texture, and flavour. Food quality is an important food manufacturing requirement, because todays consumers are very quality conscious. Besides ingredient quality, there are also hygiene requirements. It is important to ensure that the food processing environment is as clean as possible in order to produce the safest possible food for the consumers.
