RECIPE -
Ingredients :
Ghee - 6-7 tbsp
Powder Sugar - 1/2 cup or little less (if u want less sweet)
Elaichi powder - 1/4 tsp
Kesar ( Optional)
Besan - 1/4 cup
Flour - 1/2 cup
Suji - 1/2 tbsp
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Almond and Pista ( for topping)

How to make :
1. Take a bowl, Add ghee, powder sugar , Elaichi powder and kesar. Mix it well with a whisker until it become smooth paste.
2. Now add all remaining ingredients i.e. Flour , Besan, Suji , Baking Powder.
3. Mix it well using hand and make it soft dough.
4. Make a small round shape or peda shape. Put Almond and Pista pieces in center and press little.
5. This recipe will make around 12-13 Nankhatai.

Baking : Preheat oven at 180°C for about 10min. Bake at 180°C for about 15-20 min ( Please check once after 15min)
