Some cakes are just heavenly,on their own. This one is a beautiful Banofee eggless cake with a lovely creamcheese centre and goodness of a butterscotch sauce.I poured the sauce just before slicing cos didn't want to ruin the beautiful Bundt texture.Also,would like your kind attention on the luscious creamcheese swirl hidden in the heart of the cake.
