1. Straight to the source.

Indian coffee is one of the finest in the world! That’s why we source our Arabica coffee from the Western Ghats of India.

2. The fruit of our labour.

Coffee fruit, also known as coffee cherry or berry, is handpicked from the plantation.

3. Here comes the bean!

The fruit flesh is removed and the seed is extracted from the coffee fruit. This seed is where your coffee comes from!

4. The quality test.

The coffee cherries are then sorted based on their quality & density. This helps the roasters determine the charge temperature & ensure even roast colour and profile.

5. Changes for the good!

Then the beans are roasted to perfection! This process transforms the chemical & physical properties of the bean, which gives it the unique flavour.

6. Everything in a single pack.

The coffee is then packed with utmost care to lock in the flavour and aroma. Ready to be shipped to our carts!

7. The grind.

The beans are ground into fine coffee powder right before serving, maintaining its freshness, aroma and flavour notes.

8. It takes 2 to make a good coffee.

Only the best of coffee machines are used to brew coffee for our customers by our highly skilled master brewers.
