We are a brand inspired from the famous Khyber Pass that has historically been a gateway for the Indian subcontinent from the Northwest. This amalgamation created some wonderful kababs and biriyanis that we enjoy the most. Khyber Bhatti is a celebration of this wonderful cuisine that was conceived in the pass and then spread to other parts of the country, while continuously making subtle changes to the taste, texture, flavors to suit the region it went to.
