Hello my Travellers😍
This is my first post and I am ecastic to pen down my experience about a place which is a Treat to Nature and Simplicity that too in the reach of 50 kms or about an hour and half drive away from Delhi.
The place is called Surjivan at Taru road Gurugram.
This place gives u an exact feel of a Village life along with flavoursome food. The stay in Mud houses with no Television and fridge gives an different kind of mental peace.
With no traffic sounds neither the disturbance of electronic gadgets you are bound to spend time with your own-selves or with your loved ones.
Whatever food treat I can think of was there in my lunch buffet. The Makki ki roti with sarson ka saag along with Gur, Gatta Kari and bajre ki rooti with chaas, kadahi chicken, Sesonal veggies,chule ki rooti, Dum Allu lahsoon ki chatni, dhaniya pudina chatni, sweets and what not. I ended up eating 3 times of what I generally eat in a day 🫣. It was all freshly made from the veggies and herbs grown in their own farms.
The herb Garden tour and adventure activities are well planned to make u spend your time in a constructive manner.
Kids loved to spend time under the trees on the charpais and enjoying birds chirping, taking jhula on tyres which were fixed on trees, counting endless stars talking their heart out for hours.
We played carom, badminton, Gilly danda, football, cards and what not you can think about being playing with kids and family.
To sum up I will say it is must visit place to enjoy your weekend away from all the noises and pollution. Take a break our endless chores at a very reasonable price and reunite with your family.
Note : They provide a day tour packge also (which includes of Lunch their advanture activities herb garden tour and high tea) if u can’t spend a night there.
