DAL BUKHARA
Gave this absolutely tempting , heavenly and fascinating dish a try..
It took me around 12+ plus to cook it in an indian home made chulla..
Now talking about THE DISH
Dal Bukhara ( दाल बुखारा ) is a velvety smooth dal in a tomato based gravy... Only Urad dal is used and it is slow cooked over a tandoor
And for those who r gonna compare it with dal makhni ..... You haven't had Dal Bhukhara once you do you will understand the difference
