FOODIES ARE US......and all our friends would vouch for it.
We belong to MALWA region in MP, a land known for its fine foods ( ever heard of sarafa food of Ujjain and Indore?)
We travel wide and far and try and pick up local traditional as well as old recepies wherever we go.
We have all, realised that the food that we get in restaurant is a fake adaptation of these authentic old recepies, for example ,the real roghan josh from Kashmir, a dish that jumps out at you on every menu card that you see,does not use tomatoes onions and even garlic. Surprising is not it ?
We have such and many more surprises for you which will appear regularly on this page.
Amod will blog here regularly. We have now begun small enterprise of our own where we advertise with in our close groups and make some of these dishes .
For now of course this is a pick up kind of service, as we grow and people know things probably may take a different shape.
