LAKHMI DASS CHARAYA Ji who founded it on 29th July 1974 on the ocassion of his new born baby RAJNEESH CHARAYA. Then with help of god grace and his hard work he bought a small shop at Railway Chowk , REWARI and put the name of it as GOLE HATTI on the behalf of home said name of his new born baby RAJNEESH CHARAYA as GOLU. After that his elder son MANISH CHARAYA started working with him in 1974 and s

ince then they worked very hard to make it to a big restaurant which stared becoming very popular day by day. Then his another son RAJNEESH CHARAYA was already grown up and was not intrested in studying further so he also joined the business to help his elder brother and his father in the year of 1990 as an helping hand. Since then they did a lot of hard work to take their shop to a well reknown brand as GOLE HATTI .Then in 1996 Mr. LAKHMI DASS JI passed away and the whole burden came up on both Mr. MANISH CHARAYA and Mr. RAJNEESH CHARAYA who took the whole business in their hands and sttill running it and it has been 50 years up till now their hard work lead them to a great success with so many ups and downs in their lives as well as their Business. But they keep on working because everyone says hard work leads to Success and Work Is Worship...

Aur jab baat Khoya Ghewar ki ho, to har layer mein sirf mithaas nahi, balki ek parampara, ek bharosa aur saalon ki mehnat ka swaad chhupa hota hai.

Sunahra aur perfectly crisp Ghewar, uspar bharpoor creamy khoya, hand-finished dry fruits aur har bite mein woh rich taste jo pehli bite se hi dil jeet le.
