As Diwali approaches, I find myself reflecting on the journey we’ve shared, and my heart is filled with gratitude. When I began Kattha Chuna in 2018, I could never have imagined the challenges that would come our way. The pandemic hit us all hard—losses mounted, uncertainty loomed, and many times I wondered if we could continue. But there was one thing I was determined not to compromise on—the quality of our food.
Even during those tough times, I stayed committed because I knew that trust, once earned, should never be broken. And you, my dear customers, stood by us through thick and thin. You not only continued to support us, but you also introduced new customers, gave suggestions, and helped us grow. We listened closely, making changes wherever possible to ensure you were always satisfied.
In the food business, loyalty is often fleeting. People quickly seek out new options. But today, I am proud to say that Tawa Magic has become more than just a place to eat. It’s a community, a bond of trust and loyalty that goes beyond just food. You have shown unwavering faith in us, despite the numerous other options around. This, to me, is priceless.
As I approach 60, it is this trust that fuels my passion every single day. Your support is what keeps me going, and for that, I am deeply grateful.
From Kattha Chuna to Tawa Magic, this journey would not have been possible without you. And as we prepare for the festival of lights, let us continue this beautiful journey together.
