Recipe :
Biscoff Tiramisu Cups
Ingredients
* 480g wipped cream
* 225g mascarpone cheese
* 2 heaped tbsp Biscoff spread, melted
* Biscoff cookies
* ¾ cup espresso
Method
1. In a large bowl, whip the thickened cream until soft peaks form.
2. Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese and melted Biscoff spread until smooth and well combined. Do not overmix.
3. Quickly dip the Biscoff cookies into the cooled espresso, ensuring they are coated but not soggy.
4. Arrange a layer of dipped cookies in the base of your serving dish.
5. Spread a layer of the cream mixture evenly over the biscuits.
6. Repeat the layers of cookies and cream mixture until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
7. Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies over the surface. You can also drizzle a little extra melted Biscoff spread if desired.
8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to develop.
