🫰🏼Customer Appreciation Post 🥺
After ordering my pops from , Saheli messaged me with a concern that half her order was missing 🤯 Somewhere along the delivery chain, the package was opened and 6 pops stolen!
To my horror .official didn't resolve the issue or even bother replying to my 8 emails 👌🏼
From a customer’s POV I can understand how frustrated she would be and as a small business owner I was disappointed that this was her experience.
She was so lovely and kind throughout the process as we messaged back and forth while I tried to resolve this issue (without any help from ). I shipped her order again with the flavors stolen plus the ones she loved from the first batch.
She had some favourites that she ordered multiple times again, turning a businesses’ nightmare into a success story 🙏🏼❤️
Thank you Saheli for being so kind 🫶🏼 and continuing to order, you have no idea how much this means to a small business and how grateful we are for customers like you who understand that some bad experiences are out of our control🥹
This is her latest order that I’m gonna ship tomorrow 🥳
