Vegetable chop is a popular street food in Kolkata. Beetroot,carrot, peanuts and other vegetables are cooked and coated with breadcrumbs then deep fried till golden brown and served with kasundi (A mustard based sauce) and onion cucumber slices. Super Healthy and Crispy 😄
