Last chance to see CUAN 🌊

It’s the final week of CUAN, and the exhibition closes this Sunday, October 4th.

If you haven’t made it in yet, now’s the time! Come by Thursday - Sunday 10am-4pm and see the collection of surf-inspired work from our brilliant group of artists and photographers.

Selected original artworks and photographs are also available to purchase, both in store and through our online gallery. (Link in Bio). A perfect gift for a loved one, or a treat for yourself!

RETURNING TIDE 🌊

Something new is coming to Birdie’s this October!

Returning Tide is a collection of oil paintings by Ken Smith, inspired by the Copper Coast, from the beaches to the cliffs and coves beyond.

After a 12-year gap, Ken is returning to exhibiting with a body of work drawn from places he has continued to explore, sketch and paint over the years, and from the sea, changing light and shifting tide that keep bringing him back.

We’re delighted to be hosting Ken’s return to exhibiting and hope you can join us for some complimentary light refreshments on October 10th at 11am.

This weekend’s cold brew is a little bit special. 👀☕️

Sarah has gone all out with a Honduras Honey Gesha, if you’re curious about trying something new, don’t miss this one!

Cold brewed for 13 hours, then double filtered to maximise sweetness, with tasting notes of pink grapefruit, plum & lemon verbena with a fresh finish.

This weekend only. Come out and give it a try before it’s gone. 🤍

CUAN brings together work by connecting a shared love of the sea and surf, celebrating the creativity, culture and community that exists around our coastline.

We’re so excited to bring this collection of work to Birdie’s and share it with you.
