What an unforgettable weekend at the Ballymaloe Festival of Food! 🚚✨
A massive thank you to all our incredible customers, friends, and suppliers who stopped by the Galty Valley Food Truck. Serving you a taste of Galty Valley Soul was an absolute joy. We had a brilliant time meeting new faces, catching up with old friends, and watching everyone enjoy our food. It was also a fantastic opportunity to sample the incredible variety of dishes from our fellow food trucks - and stands. It was an honor and a privilege to be surrounded by the finest chefs, producers, food writers, and bloggers in the industry. We were thrilled to welcome John & Sally McKennas' Guidesfrom the famous Sally McKenna /McKennas' Guides—it was wonderful to show off every single award we’ve proudly won since 2012, right there on the truck! 🏆
Huge thanks also to our great friend and inspirational food writer who also hosted the drinks Theatre Caroline Hennessy. bibliocook who spread the word about our speciality fries with melting Brie . My bestie since we shared a house while doing our course at ballymaloecookeryschool “some women”
