Hi everyone 😁
A bit of a different post to usual. As some of you already know I've made the decision to hang up my apron for the time being and will be moving to Vancouver the start of September.
I've had the most amazing, busy and crazy 3 plus years of my life and I've learned so much. From countless baking successes and of course failures, late nights and early mornings, expanding from a domestic kitchen to an industrial one and everything in between. From day one I have been completely overwhelmed by all the love and support I've recieved from all of you and I never in a million years expected my small little business that started in mammy's kitchen during covid to blow up the way it did and that's all thanks to you guys and i can't thank you enough!
As always a big thank you to my biggest supporters - my family & friends. You wouldn't believe the support/patience they've had with me over the last few years 😅
I don't know what path i'll end up finding myself on but I'm going to keep this page alive for now - posting the odd cake throwback and who know's i could be back baking before i know it 🤷♀️
Just a heads up I'm now totally booked up for celebration cakes until i go and will be stocking O'Hallorans & Briar Café until the 25th of August.
