What could be better than good red wine, a selection of assorted cheeses and an evening spent in the company of fellow wine-loving people (the best kind of people!) — all accompanied by easy-listening favourites from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s?
Join us for a relaxed evening of blind wine tasting, good food, good music and, most importantly, good company.
🍷 THE CHALLENGE
You’ll blind taste six different red wines — four from wine wholesalers and two that you can pick up in local supermarkets.
You won’t know which is which!
Forget about labels, prices and familiar names and simply decide which wines you actually enjoy drinking.
You’ll have a simple tasting and scoring sheet to help compare the wines, make your guesses and choose your favourites before all is revealed!
And don’t worry — you certainly don’t need to be a wine expert. There’s no need for fancy wine terminology or an ability to identify a grape from one sip. It’s simply an evening for people who enjoy a glass of red wine and would like to try something a little different.
