**Team Member Wanted — The Novel Bean, Swinford**
The Novel Bean in Swinford is looking for an experienced barista to join our team!
**Hours:** Primarily Monday to Friday
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years’ barista experience required
**What we’re looking for:**
We’re after someone who takes pride in a great cup of coffee, works well under pressure during busy periods, and brings warmth and friendliness to every customer interaction. You’ll need to be reliable, a good team player, and comfortable working in a fast-paced café and retail environment.
**What you’ll be doing:**
- Implementing & Practicing Daily HAACP Procedures
- Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to a high standard
- Preparing and serving our menu options to a high standard
- Selling our retail products
- Operating and maintaining espresso machines and other equipment
- Providing excellent customer service
- Keeping your workstation clean and organised
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day café and store operations
