When cousin’s just happen to meet up in the Gate Lodge Café. Gerard is a loyal regular customer to the Gate Lodge and we’re always delighted to see him.

Delighted with the turnout for our first walk of Abbeyquarter/Gate Lodge walking group. Thank you to all that attended, looking forward to seeing you all again next week. The group leaves the Gate Lodge Café, Doorly Park F91 HW9Y every Tuesday at 10.45 am and walks along the river path to the boathouse and return via the main pathway to the Gate Lodge Café for tea/scones at a reduce rate for the walkers who participated.

Adults of all ages and abilities are welcome to join, so feel free to come alone or bring someone along!
This walk is wheelchair-friendly.

Today at the Gate Lodge, we have added a new delicious sandwich/panini to our range. The new sandwich/panini on offer is goats cheese, mayonnaise, onion, tomato and balsamic vinegar. Our range also includes, pesto, melted mozzarella cheese, with juicy tomato and basil. Not forgetting our old reliable - ham, cheddar cheese, onion, tomato, served with Ballymaloe relish.

The perfect combination for a tasty lunch or a relaxing coffee break by the park.
