A massive well done to the Hackett’s Women’s Team who took on the Tug of War at the Schull Regatta last weekend! 😂💪

They pulled, they battled, they laughed… and most importantly, they represented Hackett’s & O’Regans with serious style! 🍻❤️

A huge THANK YOU to every one of the team for getting involved and flying the flag for us. We couldn’t be prouder! 👏

Next year… we’re getting the men training too! 😜💪

If you’re calling into Hackett’s, take a look at the stunning dried flower installation now hanging in our main bar. 🌼

Handcrafted by , it’s made using beautiful Irish-grown flowers, carefully grown, dried and arranged locally. It’s a real statement piece that brings warmth, colour and a touch of nature into the heart of the pub.

We love supporting talented local makers, and this piece is a perfect example of the incredible craftsmanship we have here in West Cork. 💛

🎉 A huge success! 🎉
We are absolutely delighted to share that our Quiz Night on 1st May raised an incredible €3,000 for the Andrew Brennan Trust!
A massive thank you to everyone who attended, supported, and donated so generously. Your kindness has made a real difference.
Special thanks to:
• Jim Carrig for being an outstanding quiz master and for collecting so many fantastic prizes.
• Our wonderful helpers on the day: Meave, Meg, and Shirley.
We were also very touched to receive a lovely letter from Andrew himself, thanking everyone for their kind support.

We had an absolutely amazing night yesterday at the Andrew Brennan Trust Quiz in Hacketts 💛 The place was buzzing, the competition was fierce, and the support was incredible!
