We’re looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team — someone who’s keen to learn, enjoys food and wants to develop proper kitchen skills.
This isn’t just about frying chips! 🍟
You’ll have the chance to learn: 🔪 Food prep & kitchen basics
🍳 Cooking different dishes
🌶️ Preparing our specials & sauces
👨‍🍳 Restaurant-style cooking
🔥 Working as part of a busy kitchen team
Experience is a bonus, but attitude matters more. If you’re willing to learn, we’re happy to teach you.
⏰ Daytime availability is essential — this role will involve working during the day aswell as evenings.
If you’re reliable, enthusiastic and want to learn to cook, not just work in a chippy, we’d love to hear from you!

Day TWO of the Moira Food Festival and if yesterday was anything to go by, there’s going to be some amount of craic (and eating) going on again today! 🎉
Our sister business The Pie Shop Moira is back at the festival, so if you’re heading down, go give them a bit of love ❤️🥧
BUT… while they’re causing a stir in Moira, we’ll be here in Magheralin doing what we do best… feeding the hungry masses! 😂🔥
