thinking of you guys at home making lovely Brie and turkey toasties over the next few weeks. thought we’d offer our services 🫡

we’ve also been bumping into so many of our lovely customers recently, and it’s making our little hearts ache a wee bit 💔 but at least you’ll have a sprinkle of red eye for your christmas leftovers this year!

shopping list essentials:
any irish butter, but sure we’ll recommend as a treat
a lovely melty cheese from or if you’re around town (ask staff for their recommendations)
an ambitious sourdough that can carry your fillings. we used but any local bakery should have you sorted
to keep things moist, we’d recommend cranberry sauce mixed with mayo or relish (which was our go-to), or a béchamel if you’re feeling fancy
