Mă uit în urmă și mă simt recunoscătoare pentru tot ce am realizat pina acum, pentru tot ce am învățat și, mai ales, pentru viața pe care o am astăzi.

Sunt mulțumită de locul în care sunt și de tot ce am construit pas cu pas. Sunt recunoscătoare pentru familia mea, pentru cei doi copii minunați ai mei și pentru soțul meu iubitor și respectuos, care îmi este alături.🤗❤️❤️

Nu spun că totul a fost perfect, dar fiecare etapă m-a adus aici și sunt recunoscătoare pentru tot ce am.

I have been making macarons for more than 5 years, and even today, this dessert still manages to surprise me. 🤍

Macarons are a very tricky dessert — sometimes, one small mistake is enough for them not to turn out the way you want. And maybe that is what makes them so special.

Even so, I love making macarons. Every batch is a little challenge, and the whole process has become a kind of therapy for me. ✨

And after all these years, macarons are still my favourite dessert to make. 🤍

I still get quite a few messages asking if I’ll be teaching classes again. 🤍

As you know, I’ve had the chance to explore this side of my work too, and it was such a lovely and rewarding experience. It was something I really wanted to try, and your interest and requests encouraged me to take that step.

I truly enjoyed sharing what I’ve learned over the years in this industry — my own experience, the things I’ve discovered along the way, and the knowledge I’ve gained through years of practice and hard work. Being able to pass some of that on to others was a very special experience for me. 🤍

For now, though, I’ve chosen to focus my time and energy on other projects and on the direction my business is taking, so I don’t have any plans to run classes at the moment.

That may change in the future. We never know what life has in store for us, so I’m happy to leave that door open.

For now, thank you to everyone who continues to ask and for the trust you place in me. It truly means a lot. 🤍
