Through slow food, quiet space and sound we move away from doing and allow the nervous system to settle. We are thrilled to be a host this year for Kilrush Heritage week 2025.

On Tuesday 19th August @ 5.00pm come join us to explore the art of coffee roasting with our coffee partner Old Barracks Coffee Roasters.

This will be an interactive session with a chance to sample single origin coffees while understanding the traditional processes behind sustainable coffee production.
